1. All of the work undertaken is carried out to the highest of standards.

2. Staff are fully qualified in the areas specified.

3. Food hygiene rating guidance given on the day of our visit may differ when an EHO visits your business especially when not all advice has been complied with.

4. Staff are fully insured for site visits.

5. Payment is required before any consultancy work can start.

6. All quotes and prices are inclusive of all stated work.

7. Your dedicated consultant will be named at the time of booking.

8. Cancellations and full refunds can be made up to 48 hours before visit. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.

9. We withhold the right to turn away any business that does not comply with our terms and conditions.

10. Any verbal or physical abuse will be reported to the police.

11. Complaints can be made via email and will be followed up as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We take your privacy very seriously

Medway and Kent food hygiene consultants collect various information that it requires to offer you and your business a high level of consultancy.

We require your name, business name, address, food hygiene rating, contact number and email address. Other information including the number of employees and the roles they hold may be required.

This information is only stored if and when you become a customer.

Payments are made via secure servers. We do not collect or store any payment information.

We use computers supported by anti-virus and spyware security.

Your information will not be shared with 3rd party companies.
